Well Balanced Wallet’s Promise To You, The Client
- I promise to coach you with sound financial advice. My sole purpose is to help you, the client. I do not receive financial perks from any other professionals, vendors, companies, or third-party products or services that I may mention unless specified.
- I promise to honor your complete privacy. I will not share what we discuss with any other person without your specific and written permission first.
Your Promise To Well Balanced Wallet
- Your communication is crucial to the success of our session. You will be truthful and transparent with your thoughts, ideas, dreams, goals, and challenges.
- You will fulfill a number of pre-session tasks to ensure our time together is best utilized. Failure to complete these steps accurately and completely will likely result in less value being delivered, something we are not at all hoping for. These steps may include answering a questionnaire, completing a financial worksheet, reading an educational handout, or reviewing an instructional video. These tasks must be completed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or the session will be canceled.
- You understand that refunds are not offered on Clarity Sessions.
- You understand that requests to reschedule the meeting may not be honored.
- You are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and decisions.
- You hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Kamika Smith and Well Balanced Wallet, their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand, or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by yourself or by Kamika Smith as a result of advice given by or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not herein expressed has been made to you to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
Policies
Communication Policy
As a financial coaching client in this program, you have access to me in real-time, to assist you with making financial decisions or working through assigned work or exercises.
In between our scheduled sessions, you may access me via email or via text and in extreme cases, if my schedule allows, we can add an additional 30-minute meeting to support your emergent financial needs.
Let’s strive to keep the communication lines open so that you may get the most out of this program. I’m here as a resource to help you thrive financially and make significant progress with your money.
Session Scheduling And Rescheduling Policy
As outlined in the client agreement, each client has the responsibility for scheduling all the sessions during the program. The client has the option of pre-scheduling all of these, scheduling them online, or using time with the coach to schedule them. Any unused coaching time or sessions not used within the allotted time frame will be forfeited.
Please note we adhere to a strict cancellation policy because we know it’s what will keep you on track and moving forward. We understand that our time together can be mentally, emotionally, and financially challenging. But we also know our sessions will be motivating and fun!
It’s ok if you don’t feel ready or maybe even don’t want to come. We know once you do, you will be so very glad you did. That’s why our policy is “no cancels, no reschedules, and no refunds.” No matter where you are when you come in, we will be able to move you forward with your money!
